COVID-19: Will online orders still be processed and shipped

Our online store remains open and all online orders will be processed for shipment. Our fulfillment center is taking all precautionary measures to fulfill your orders in a sanitary and hygienic environment, following the recommendations set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as guidelines from local authorities and obeying imposed restrictions. Please note, some delays in outbound order processing and return processing may be expected during this time. We will reach out should we need additional time to ship your order.

Our third-party shipping carriers are following the guidance of global health experts at the WHO and CDC on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus through their daily shipping operations.
The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or another shipping container is low.

COVID-19: Will your shipping carrier still deliver to my area?

Our third-party shipping carriers are currently shipping and delivering packages to our customers residing in North America.
As the situation is evolving rapidly, we will keep you updated should any changes arise.
We suggest tracking your order on the carrier’s page for any live updates.
Any interruption in their service will be stated on their website, which we’ll be sure to monitor closely as well.

Payment
We offer secure online purchasing and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Sales tax is required on orders shipped within California State at the local tax rate.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
All purchases will dispatch within 4–6 business days, unless otherwise specified. Our primary shipping method is USPS. After departing our shipping facility, the USPS usually delivers within 2–5 business days following. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Any customs charges that arise, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for any incurred costs. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges and costs. Please note that International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
Order Issues
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) Please contact us so we can assist you. We strive for customer satisfaction and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that may arise.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at concierge@recherchebeaute.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns.
We will offer replacements or credit in various circumstances. Please contact us with any concerns regarding your order so we can resolve it in a timely and efficient manner.
